Why it costs less
A week has 168 hours. A site operating 12 hours on weekdays uses 60 of them. For the other 108, almost two-thirds of the week, classic guarding pays for guards to watch an empty site at the most expensive night, weekend and holiday rates. The hybrid model shifts those hours to technology and remote monitoring.

Which sites it suits
Good fit: warehouses and logistics centres, one- or two-shift plants, office buildings, retail, construction sites, multi-site portfolios.
Not a fit: sites operating 24 hours or where regulations require permanent physical presence. There we propose classic guarding backed by the control centre.

FAQ
Where exactly does the saving come from?
In classic 24/7 guarding most of the hours, and therefore most of the cost, fall at night, at weekends and on holidays, when the site is closed. The hybrid model replaces those hours with an autonomous system and remote monitoring, which costs less per hour than a guard on site.
Is a site without a guard at night really safe?
A single guard sees only the part of the site where they stand. In the hybrid model an operator watches all cameras at once, every entry is controlled by full-height turnstiles and logged, and a response team is dispatched to every confirmed event.
Who owns the equipment?
Phoenix Security provides, installs and maintains it. The client pays a single monthly fee and has no upfront investment.
Is it suitable for every site?
No. Sites that operate 24 hours, or where regulations require permanent physical presence, need guards around the clock. We assess this during the site visit.
