In short: A security risk assessment (persons, property and business) is required by the Serbian Private Security Act. It identifies threats to people, assets and operations and defines protective measures. It must be prepared by a licensed assessor under standard SRPS A.L2.003, and the physical and technical protection design is based on it.
This is the assessment under the Private Security Act (protection of persons, property and business), not the occupational health and safety risk assessment.
Who needs it
- Mandatorily secured and critical-category sites.
- Companies introducing physical or technical security, which must be designed on the basis of the assessment.
- Companies whose insurer, bank or key client requires it.
What it contains
Description of the business and assets, threat and vulnerability identification, risk analysis per SRPS A.L2.003, proposed organisational, physical and technical measures, and a review plan.
